Anna (Tauzin) Neave is a marketing strategist, operator, and business builder with a passion for hospitality, growth, and creative strategy. She is the owner and CEO of Sweet Treets Bakery, a custom wedding and specialty cake bakery in Austin, Texas, and the Principal of The Good Kind Consulting, where she works with restaurant, hospitality, and technology brands on marketing strategy, brand development, and business growth.
Previously, Anna served as Chief Marketing Officer for Molak Corporation, leading marketing efforts for more than 10 restaurant, retail, and entertainment brands, including Gruene Hall and The Gristmill. She has also worked as Fractional Head of Marketing for Big Chicken, where she led multiple grand openings, launched the brand’s first loyalty program, and thrived in the fast-paced world of QSR growth and franchisee partnerships.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles at ChowNow, the Texas Restaurant Association, and the National Restaurant Association, giving her a deep understanding of both restaurant operations and emerging foodservice technologies.
Anna is a frequent speaker, panelist, and podcast host, co-hosting Restaurant Masterminds and sharing her expertise on topics like restaurant marketing, tech strategy, and customer engagement. In 2024, she was recognized as a Top Woman in Food by Lunchbox and named one of the Nation’s Most Influential Restaurant Marketers by Nation’s Restaurant News for her work in hospitality marketing and technology.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Marqii, on the advisory board for SXSW Interactive, and as Treasurer and Immediate Past President of Les Dames d’Escoffier Austin Chapter. A native Texan, she holds degrees from American University and Texas State University, and outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and hanging out with her senior dachshund, Frank.
